Janet ElizabethBATTEN (nee Timberlake)Peacefully at home on 12th May 2024 in the presence of her loving family, aged 67 years. Treasured wife of Robert, loving mum of Emma, Daniel, Christopher and Louise; mum-in-law of David, Charlotte and Aaron; adored nan of Matthew, Georgia, Louisa, Jessica, David, Harry, Archie, Hugo, Oliver and Arlo; great-nan of Myles.

We shall not forget the one we loved, The voice we heard each day. The many things she did for us, In her kind and gentle way. She gave us years of happiness, Then came sorrow and tears. But she left us beautiful memories, To treasure through the years.

A celebration of Jan's life will take place at Weston Mill Crematorium on Wednesday 29th May at 1.15pm. Please wear bright colours. Family flowers, only, by request, however donations in lieu, if so desired, to benefit the work of St Luke's Hospice may be made online via funeral-notices.co.uk or by retiring collection at the service.
